Chris, you might want to try a look at http://www.massagem4m.com; there aren't a lot of guys in Virginia, but some are worth doing some research about. Chaz immediately comes to mind.

 

You would probably get a larger pool if you expanded your search to the DC area, but I'm not sure if you have that flexibility or are willing to travel (or be travelled to).

 

As far as the Norfolk agency goes, there have been mixed reviews; positive, negative and in-between. You can search this forum for info about them, or use the search feature on the review site to read about guys that come from this agency.

Despite the large number of guys pictured, I have found that many of them are "unavailable" even when I am in the area for a few days and offer numerous options for appointments. I thought it was just me.... My first experience was a bait and switch. Booked a guy through them when I was in Richmond. A great description was given to me along the lines of my type (I had not described my type to the guy on the phone) So i was all set except when the boy arrived. Yeah, I've had the owner (Joe/Trent) hang up on me twice when he did not like my response to last minute substitutions. Once he did call back and apologize. I think the substitutions are because they simply do not have all the guys they picture on their site, and assume the average guy who calls is so horny he will take any guy. Probably works sometimes,

but I doubt they get much repeat business.
