It seems he has gotten rid of (or at least covered up) his arm tatoo to avoid identification, but as a friend of an escort who showed me how he accessed his ad on rentboy, I've been able to access James' older photos, including some very similar to the one used in his review page on Hooboy, and certainly ones I recognized when he first was outed as a scam artist, which leads me to the conclusion that he's the one and same scam artist.
