Tim Hamilton???? On Rentboy?

Tim is pretty gorgeous, but not everyone's type obviously. What is most interesting to me is that a BelAmi model for the first time is overtly advertising to escort. George Duroy has always tried to portray his models as "wholesome" and "innocent" types who are untouched by other aspects of the adult XXX industry. He has always maintained that none of his models have ever done porn for other studios, and that none escort.

 

Will Tim Hamilton is one of the golden boys of the stable, and if he is doing it... that is a welcome sign.

 

Though not easy to get boys from Bratislava or the Czech Republic into the US with visas, it is not that hard to go there. How do you know any escort ad is legit? I don't know, and won't unless I fly to Paris...

 

But reasons to suspect it is legit...

 

1) This is a very well known face... easily recognizable. Lousy choice of fake pic for a scammer.

 

2) The pics are not professionally issued ones, but ones taken by a personal camera (note the little date thing on the bottom).

 

3) The advertised place is Paris and for certain dates only. It is very logical to see a boy from Bratislava going to visit there for a short time (easy open border access).

 

One never knows for sure if escort ads are legit, but I have to say I have almost never come across an ad of a very well known porn star that was not really him.

I stand corrected then, but it just seems like a waste of money ($50 per month in the case of rentboy) to use a well recognized figure as a fake pic... where an interested client could easily ask the appropriate questions to flush out a scam. Oh well, I guess there are lots of ways to fool lots of people.

I too feel that the ad is legit. Mostly for the same reasons you mentioned. Non professional pics and paying to place the ad. I don't know if I would feel the same way had I seen it on American Male or another free site.

Well first I will say that I am a suspicious guy... so I am very willing to concede that there is no question that fraud is possible. But I have to say that the rentboy pics that Steven Draker so helpfully linked us to look very much like Tim Hamilton's body (as well as his face).

As for glutes' question as to why the first pic in the ad is blurred... good question. One theory... that pic looks like a professionally done photo. The others are amateur. Maybe he is not allowed to use that pic for commercial purposes and therefore feels he has to blur out the face to use that pic?

 

I know some escorts who had professionally done pics for their agency work, and when they used it for private escorting, they had to blur out their face because it violated some contract they signed about use of those images.

 

I hope someone in Paris will check him out... as more importantly than Tim Hamilton alone, as I mentioned in my original post, I would be quite interested to know if Bel Ami models in general start branching off into this field of work! (FINALLY, lol)
