Stella's, R.I.P.

I am in NYC for a few days, for the first time this year, and I was looking forward to visiting Stella's and all the luscious hunks available there. I was horrified to discover that it is GONE! The same old location is there but it is called Otto's and is full of low-life breeders.

 

What happened? When did it happen? Why? Certainly Stella's should have been a protected city landmark, like Grand Central or the Statue of Liberty!

 

And most important, where have all the men gone?

 

I'm distraught

Yes, Stella's was closed earlier this year.
