I know it's Hooboy's (and his moderators) perogative to lock any thread he (they) chooses, but I'm curious as to WHY he's locking these threads? Are some terms being violated? If so, which ones?

no terms were violated. there was NOTHING that violated Message Centre Rules as posted.

They are somewhat out of date and frequently skirted, but in general they seem fair:

Focus on the situation, issue, or behavior, not the person.

Maintain the self-confidence and self-esteem of others.

No potentially libelous statements

Tasteless or offensive posts may be removed

Absolutely no posting pictures of underage kids (We do not tolerate pedophiles)

People who persist in not following the guidelines may have their membership deactivated

I dunno, I'm not keen on censorship, but it does seem counter-productive to the goals of this site to allow cat fights and mudslinging in the main forums. It's also not that surprising that when you punch the people paying to make this available for us all in the face you get shut down (after all, that's the thread that went away, not where you actually said something about a so-called favorite).

 

I think you worked pretty hard to earn the distinction of being shut down for yourself, though at the same time I wish we had more instead of less input from escorts.

i can state that it wasn't HooBoy who did anything. if there is preferred treatment given to certain escorts (and there IS), it isn't by his hand.

there was no rule violation.

if people like Kjun are allowed to accuse me of crystal methamphetamine abuse & that isn't a violation, then calling sean lespagnol for the trash he is should be no violation.

 

threads can be locked for any reason at any time. i've always maintained that hooboy has EVERY right to do that--or anything at all he wishes to do.

 

i merely point out that it is only when certain escorts are called to task that those threads were locked though. those very escorts were allowed to be complete assholes to me without any locking, but as soon as i respond, they're locked. NOTE: that doesn't mean that hooboy did it himself.
