Escort Agencies

Hey I have very limited experience with agencies, and prefer independent guys, but I may be traveling to a place where an agency is my best (only?) option.

 

I'm just curious. What percentage cut of the fee do agencies typically take? Is discounting for multiple hours common or rare?

 

Also why is it, in these days when independent guys have so many online ways to advertise, that agencies are still able to survive? (I'm thinking of locations other than either coast).

Whenever I have been able to get information about agencies from either owners or escorts, I have been told that the cut is roughly 1/3. This varies of course...but seems to be the US mean (or median, who know?lol)

 

Actually some escorts that I know who were immensely popular and could have made much more as an independent MUCH preferred the agency rout. They have no adminisatrative work to do... no advertising, no soliciting, no bookkeeping, no organizing, and no shmoozing. They show up, deliver, and get paid. They liked that.

 

Go figure!
