Work on looking nice if you want to, if it makes you more confident, but other then maybe trimming your fingernails if you like to finger, and maybe shaving some brush from around the tree if you like receiving oral I would be surprised if an escort needs you to do much.

Apart from doing all the stuff that you do anyway -- fingernails and toenails, scrubbed skin, etc -- the most important physical gift you can offer your escort is to be absolutely, spotlessly, clean. Agreed, another well put comment from Will, but I wish to add a few thoughts.

 

One should never trim the finger or toe nails the day of or or the day before sex, particularly if you do like to finger. Unless you are going to get (or give yourself) a proper manicure, even short fingernails, when freshly cut, will feel sharp and cause some discomfort to a person when you are fingering them, caressing them, massaging, etc.

 

If you do not like to shave your crotch or cannot do so as it might arose suspicion to a wife or partner, at least trim with a pair of scissors. If you hire frequently, I would suggest you get in the habit of shaving and again, the shaving should be done the day beforehand, not the day off. I find this works best with a dry disposal razor, personally, but it can occassionally bleed. I am not a professional bottom and perhaps I misunderstand Will here, but "trapped" water should not be absorbed, but rather should be released. An enema needs to be performed until the water inside you comes out appearing clean and may take more than two minutes. There are several things one can do to prepare earlier in the day. Do not eat red meat or much meat the night before, use fiber or take fiber in your diet, fresh fruit or whole grain cereal for breakfast, etc. Definitely make sure you are fully clean.

If you normally floss after lunch (which many people do not) and your appointment is later that afternoon, by all means go ahead and floss. Do not floss within even a two hour range of the session. While a cut may be microscopic, again anything that might inflame or abraise your gums would increase the potential for STDs. Unfortunately, the same applies for brushing. I would definitely use an antibacterial mouthwash, even a generic equivilent, after brushing at least two hours PRIOR to the session, or if your session is sooner, simply use the mouthwash and neither floss nor brush. Finally, the hydrogen peroxide gargle is also an excellent suggestion, before and after sex.

 

Finally, relax. Make sure your mental mind set is on having a special and enjoyable session. Advise your escort that this is your first time. More seriously, the suggestion was that Head and Shoulders Shampoo will eliminate any odor and hopefully the microorganisms in the anal area. I dont know if it kills germs, but it is probably as good as anything else.
