Is Max in DC for real?

I found a listing for Max under MeetLocalMen. Great pics, very brief description, no reviews (seems odd with such great pics). No website. I sent an e-mail and received a response from "Ben" giving me a contact phone number. There is a listing of 5 other guys and hours given.Perhaps an agency? The e-mail of TOPS69@aol.com. Is this for real? I haven't come across any other listings for Max or this TOPS69 thing before.

Any info would be appreciated.
