Men, for the longest I have had the virtual "hots" for Bruno Gaucho. When he was first introduced here, I went to his website and found what was on it to be HOTTTTTTTT! I defended him each time disparaging remarks appeared here rather incessantly before-- during--and after his visits to the US.

When he was in the US last April, he and I had an appointment scheduled in San Francisco. Unfortunately, a family emergency called him back to the Sao Paulo area which I completely understood and did not cast stones at the young man.

In mid August I have an appointment scheduled in San Francisco with Bruno. Currently, I am quite ambivalent about seeing him. The fire has simmered; the coals have about dissipated; I'm in a dilemma. Should I cancel our appointment, or should I go through with it? Please give me some positive feedback! Obrigado!

RE: To See Bruno Gaucho or Not...

All you have to do is read HooBoy's review today of Bruno. I generally trust the "HB Seal of Approval" and have every reason to believe Bruno is an excellent escort.

But, I also feel you need to trust your instincts. I've never hired an escort when I felt uncertain about meeting them and I've never been disappointed.

Hiring is not always an inexpensive proposition so only be willing to spend your money when you're sure what you want.

I plan on hiring him and the people I tend to trust such as Marc Anthony and HooBoy speak very highly of this guy.

I have never gone wrong with Marc Anthony's suggestion and when he wrote his review, I knew I wanted to see Bruno. However, Hooboy's seal, made it a done deal and maybe I will even try for a weekend with the boy. :)

I do not think you should miss seeing him. I don't think you can go wrong with the two recommendations you have.

RE:Whats with all the Magic Dust on B. G.

I don't mean to sound rude, I just want to know. What is it about this Bruno Gaucho? I've seen the pics... he's pretty, certainly, but not any more so than a 1000 other blonde boys that have been reviewed here (and have not sent the community into a tizzy.) He's Brazilian, maybe that accounts for part of the mystique. But really, is he floating high on a hype-blimp, or is there something truly special about him?

RE:Whats with all the Magic Dust on B. G.

Well, Trix, it seems to be a matter of taste and, in some cases, a matter of obsessive-compulsive behavior on the part of a handful of posters. Bruno is cute as a button, but that particular look doesn't do it for me, especially, at least not enough that I'd be interested in paying for the privilege of being with him. (I like my guys more mature and rugged-looking, personally.)

There probably wouldn't have been anywhere NEAR the hysteria (and none of the hype has been generated by Bruno himself) had it not been for any number of long, endless threads perpetuated by IamToxic and Auntie Semitic who seem to have become obsessed with Bruno, then turned on him even though they've never actually met or hired him. Some kind of sick fantasy thing going on, evidently. Not only did they trash Bruno, they also trashed the reviewers who had actually had encounters with the kid and reported having enjoyed the experience! As you can imagine, not being a shy and retiring girl yourself, this generated quite a lot of heat and light here on the board, all of which gave Bruno so much publicity that he's catapulted into superstar status with all the mystique implied!

The reality is that he's a very nice kid (as well as being cute) and evidently quite accomplished at what he specializes in (vanilla sex). He has lots of admirers and satisfied customers, but probably no more so than any number of other well-known and well-regarded guys on this site. Had it not been for the Toxic One and Auntie S, Bruno would just have been one of many escorts who get reviewed on this site who don't otherwise stand out of the crowd. So kudos go to them for creating the entire Bruno thing!

RE:Whats with all the Magic Dust on B. G.

Trixie,

I think trilingual has summed up many of the major points: the publicity, most of it unintentional, from the MC wars (including battles over his English when he first posted), his looks, his blond hair, his body, the fact that he's Brazilian, and his skills with romantic/affectionate vanilla sex. Also, while Bruno is not the biggest escort out there, he is clearly endowed. It's a combination of factors.

One thing I would add: Bruno is NOT a "kid." I think that posters who have met him would agree that he is definitely a man, despite the twinkness (?) some guys assume from his looks.

I think my situation is much like Axiom, toward Bruno.

We were scheduled to meet when he was in San Francisco last

spring. But over time, you lose that excitement. When he made his

travel plans to come back, we exchanged a few emails and the excitement started to come back. But, I think it's very true as stated there, all the talk about him, does bring out an exciting curiosity for those of us that are attracted to what he offers.

Ps: Chuck, say hi to your company in Houston for me. He knows how

excited I am about are next get together :-)

I generally agree re Mark Anthony, but if you want Bruno to bottom for you, you better read the fine print of that review to see what is said and what is not said! As for Hoo Boy, I generaly agree, but he once cooed all over an aging has-been Euro-escort who I have seen, and who clearly is beginning to look and act his age.

Well, I'm 57 and Bruno is what, maybe 24? And he still hasn't finished his education. So that makes him a "kid" in my book. However, that isn't intended to reflect either on his masculinity or maturity. My experience with poor and working-class Latin American guys is that even though they're quite young they're generally far more "mature" and "adult" than their American counterparts because they've experienced much more of life and have had to struggle to get ahead in ways the average North American or European teenager or twenty year-old can't even begin to imagine. As a result, they're much more complex and interesting people, in my book! (On the other hand, rich Latin American kids tend to be just as boring and spoiled as their North American/European peers.)

Welcome back Trixie! Hope you post some of your Russian adventures here. I'm with you on BG, as he doesn't do anything for me personally, but really a few months ago, your innocent post would have branded you a Bruno Basher by all the fanatics who had a hard on for him them, but now seem to have only a half limp dick for him. So why do they need our thoughts on hiring him now?

Well, the last I looked, my mind was still here. All the poster you refer to did was ask an honest question of major concern to many clients and as I recall all he got in return were accusations such as the above, evasiveness and in the end no answer, which is why he had to keep asking the same damn question over and over and over!

Yep I do believe those who posted non-attacking posts were labeled as part of that basher gang, yes siree! And all by a bunch of clients who ALSO HAD NEVER MET HIM, but were all up in arms to defend his talents as an escort. Surely you remember that? What the heck the author of this thread was as he himself admits one of them.

Are you going to take a part time job as a Fox News reporter?

RE:Thank You!

Thank you VaHawk, for the welcome. It was a lovely trip. Russian men are exquisite, they truly are. However, I'm afraid I didn't indulge in any escort related activity while there, so there's not too much to tell that would be of interest to this board.

One thing I will comment on is that the young men of Russia seem to prefer rather tight, revealing clothes...both shirts and pants. And if th weather's very warm, no shirt at all. This makes people-watching from the many sidewalk cafes in the evenings a very satisfactory pastime.

On the contrary, I know that I would be very interested in any details you would care to share about your trip -- and I suspect many others would be, too.

Russia is one of those places that I want to travel to but haven't yet. So any info or advice or even just memories that you want to pass on will be very much appreciated!
