It's "libel," not "liable." And in California it is now called "defamation" in any case.

 

As far as "defending" his statement is concerned, what more does he need to do? He told the board what happened to him. What else is required, a sworn affidavit?

Just copy what you write and before you post it, open a new browser, go to http://www.spellcheck.net, paste what you wrote and it will make the corrections for you. Copy the corrections and paste the result before you click on POST MESSAGE.

Actually, the word "liable" is spelled correctly in Aaron's post. It's just that that is not the correct word to use if one is referring to the act of defaming someone in a written communication.

 

What is this thread (and the two others on this same subject) about? Glutes had a bad experience with someone using the name Westin. I don't know whether that is the same person who has been posting under that name here, but whether it is or not is there any reason why glutes shouldn't report his experience?

 

Aaron (or Mark), here's some good advice. You're not going to do your rep any good by posting a bunch of insults directed at glutes or other posters here. That, as well as threatening to sue him for "liable" and comparing yourself to Billy the Kid, is only making you look like an idiot. You're not going to sue anyone, and we all realilze you're a male prostitute, not a gunslinger. If you're not running some sort of scam, just say so and move on.

] Well, I'm breaking my long standing rule about using my SN here for a review--and the reason is I think a lot of you and in particular Glutes did Aaron(or Arron?) Westin a sever injustice X(

 

Glutes really trashed him and could not have been further from the truth either in description or personality.

 

As to what happened to Glutes I have no knowledge, but I met with Aaron tonight in San Francisco and I'm here to tell you that he is not only very nice but very HOT--his pics on rentboy are 100% accurate--he is tall and ripped (not rip-off) and has a great smile and personality. He was friendly, very sexi and VERY hard (gigantic for those of you who are size queens}( ) He plays safe and despite his lousy typing skills here, he is very smart. He wasn't in a hurry to leave and probably would have stayed longer but I had to pickup someone at the airport.

 

He told me ahead of time, on the phone, that he didn't bottom nor suck -- normally I would have passed but after all the trouble Glutes stirred up with his bad description and allegations of fraud and scam, I had to check him out. AGAIN, HIS RENTBOY PICS ARE ACCURATE, he is friendly -- even funny, and upfront about what he does and doesn't do.

 

Unless Glutes was deliberately trying to trash him, Glutes must have gotten the name wrong or the wrong guy--cause the pics are Aaron's.
