The last time I heard from him was around Christmas, at which time we exchanged several emails. He was hanging in there, but not doing too well. However, he had someone looking out for him and was enjoying (and thankful for) that relationship. I last emailed him a month or so ago but haven't heard back. I can only hope that he is doing well -- he's a great guy.
