Has anybody actually had an escort refund their money due to the escorts poor performance? I cannot think of a singal case where I have read on this board or experienced it myself that an escort has said .. you know Huey I am really off my stride tonight here is part or all of your money back.

 

A real business person (self employed) would do that. I believe this is what seperates the escort from a legit business person, no matter how much you want to believe differnetly .

It happened to me once: I had an appointment with an escort from the

agency "Maximumescorts" in New York.

The guy had an off-day or he was exhausted; anyway he could not get it

up. I had asked for a interactive top and ... you see the picture!

 

As the escort genuinely felt bad about his anti-performance he called

his boss and asked what to do now? Matt, the agent, who knew my in-

clinations from previous bookings asked first the escort if he was willing to bottom for me and then if I felt like topping him. In

addition Matt offered 30 minutes for free when booking another guy in the future.

 

So an akward situation/problem was successfully solved, the guy did

not feel bad anymore and I was a happy client.

As for Matt, the agent, I think he earns big praise for his service-

the legendary shamus (of whom i have fond memories) gave me back a tip i gave him!!! he said his fee covered everything and the tip was not necessary. i was shocked when he gave me back the money. shamus is still the gold standard by which i measure other escorts. it certainly was not that he did not live up to any expectations or perform, he just felt entitled to only his fee. what a guy.

I just started offering a guarantee. If you arent happy with my work within the first 15 minutes of the session, you can leave without any questions or hard feelings. I keep it at 15 minutes to make it fair for both myself and the client, and I am confident that I display my own abilities within that timeframe.

 

I'm already noticing other bodyworkers offering the same thing. I suspect it will be a standard offering among bodyworkers very soon. This will help seperate the scammers from the guys that are really offering something, and putting effort into their work.

I once hired an escort for an overnight after having had a previous date only a few days earlier. Both of us had things to do the next day, beginning late in the morning, but in our planning that didn't seem to be a problem. I have written about one instance before. A client showed up on time for a scheduled appointment (IN call); we spent some time talking, we then started and went on for 30 minutes before we got to the part where I was to penetrate the client. Unfortunately, he was not fully prepared. I asked him if he wanted to try to clean up a bit and continue or try another time. He neither offered to pay nor did I ask him to pay, either for a full session or a partial session. We attempted to rebook and I had a medically related situation arise with someone close to me and had to cancel. I have only heard from him a few times since and remain unpaid for the time spent.

 

In Palm Springs about six months ago, another client came by early, when I had just taken some seasonally allergy medicine and while we spent a nice time together and I was able to get hard most of the time, I was not able to do what he had specifically asked for that day (penetration). We spent slightly more than a full hour together. I offered him his choice of half the fee or twice the time next time. I am giving him his extended session in two weeks.

 

The same situation arose with another client (from this site and a Message Center participant), and again this time due to the stress of moving, packing and the holidays (I saw very few clients, especially no new clients, during a six week period around New Years); we enjoyed each other's company and he experienced a release but we did not really manage to do everything he wanted (not for want of time as we enjoyed a little more than an hour together). In this instance, I again said he could pay me one half my fee or receive additional time or a break on a future session. He was gracious enough to pay the full amount. To date he has not rescheduled.

I had two experiences that proves that there are good guys working out there.

 

Nick a Premier has given me a credit on my next vist when I had a bad experience there. I know I can trust the recomendations of Tim and Nick and will always leave happy.

 

I had made an appointment with Matthew of San dieago when he was in NYC. Drove to the city and went to his hotel. I kept calling the room number but no Matthew. Later that night when I was back home he finally contacted me and told me to come back into the city and the session was free for all my inconvience. I did make it back and there was no charge, although I felt obligated to leave a generous tip.

Although I have never reviewed any of my encounters, I did have one guy refund a fair portion of the fee. It involved well-over $1,000, and was a much anticipated encounter (by me). We had numerous e-mails, chatted via phone and confirmed the day prior to our meeting. I had a feeling he was really not prepared due to the fact that when he arrived, he was obviously exhausted! Through some perseverant efforts on my part we negotiated and it produced a more symbolic type of refund, which is really all I wanted.

 

I rarely hire and, unfortunately, this abysmal experience is one of the major reasons why. I think writing a bad review would be my absolute "last" resort and I would always try to work it out if a suitable arrangement can be achieved.

 

By-the-way; yes he has been reviewed here a substantial number of times and all were favorable.

I was recently stood up by an escort: we had arranged on the Monday that he would come to my place for a 3 hour session the following Friday. I confirmed with him midweek but on the Friday could not get hold of him to finalise the details...I rang numerous times but only got his answerphone. On one occasion, he more than doubled my hourly rate in his tip, stating that our last session was better than his last therapy session (did his therapist get short-changed that week?).

 

Savvy businessmen (yes, escorts are businessmen Huey) will try to retain their best clients. In my book, if service/quality is ever lacking or below par, a freebie or discount should be offered. The long term goodwill it creates is just good business.

I had a no-show experience once myself. Unfortunately, it involved my traveling to another city (and not the most interesting city at that). The session was set up for a late night at the escort's request. I waited, called his cell, waited some more. Nothing. It wasn't until I got home late the next evening and checked my email that I saw he had sent a message earlier that day (the day after our planned meeting). He apologized, saying he was under the weather the night before. That's fine with me. I have been blessed with some good experiences. WOW in NY gave me a free next session after a bad experience with an escort (not sure the agency is still around). Billy Brandt refused a tip "because my fee is too high already." It has really been interesting reading your various accounts of refunds, free time or adjusted rates. I strongly believe making such adjustments is what makes the difference between a professional escort and one who is only looking for some quick cash .

 

Since I tend to prefer twinks and they tend to be very short sighted I haven't experienced any adjusted compensation when things went array due to the escort having an off night. I guess that is the downside of dealing with the younger kind.

After many attempts at hiring escorts, and many so so encounters, it's only happened to me once. I hired a boy named Manny from the agency Secrets in Miami. The boy was from Brazil, great looking, presented himself well, but had a problem conversing in English. I wanted to go out for a bit on the town, but didn't want the hassle of spending my time speaking and listening in slow motion. I also didn't want to try my hand at Portugese when it came down to what I wanted in bed. We spent about a 1/2 hour together but things were't clicking.
