Being from a Spanish country myself, I can tell you that Active/Passive = Versatile (Top/Bottom).

That's if someone describes themselves as both! (In some countries they may also use the terms "completo" or "universal" to mean they're versatile.) Otherwise, "activo" = "top" and "passivo" = "bottom."
