Anyone have positive/negative experiences with Tops 69 in Washington D.C.?

I used to use them some, and had no problems with them, but stopped when they tried to force me to buy their own proprietary adult verification service to see the picks (they used to use ManCheck, I think, which at least can be used at tons ofother sites).

Tops69, just as many other escort agencies that have been discussed on this board, has both positive and negative aspects. Some posters have mentioned that the escorts working for such agencies must be doing a good job, or the agency would fire them. Hence it is safer to hire from an agency because you have a better chance of getting a good escort. Other people have argued that the agency can easily hide an escort's faults and the clients won't know what they are getting until the escort arrives at their door. By that time it is usually too late to make any changes to rectify the situation and the client goes through with the meeting regardless of whether or not they like the escort. Hence, agencies are not as good or as dependable.

 

IMHO, I feel that the best bet is to go with an established, independent escort who has been around for a while and has many positive reviews on this site.

 

So, as far as Tops69 goes, I have heard both good stories, and bad ones about the service from their guys. I am sure that both are ture. But, if you want to be assurred of a good experience, go with an independent.
