I am new to this site, but I was wondering if there was a site that reviews the guys who advertise in Los Angles Frontiers magazine. This site(M4M) is great and so professional with its reviews, but I read Frontiers on line and some of the ads sound enticing, but some have no pictures, and someone told me some of the guys are not really top of the line, also, some may be quite used up by now, year in and year out. But curiosity is getting the best of me, and I am afraid I would not know how to handle a situation if someone appeared, or I arrived and knew it was going to be bad. Thanks

I think this is it as far as sites with reviews. If you read the L.A. section of the reviews, I'm sure you'll find some Frontiers advertisers reviewed there. Otherwise, just pick someone from the reviews themselves, if you're reluctant to take a chance on someone unknown and unreviewed. If you do break down and hire someone from Frontiers who hasn't been reviewed, please submit a review yourself. The only way we can find out about Frontiers advertisers is if their clients post reviews. Hopefully more L.A. clients will start posting!

LA is one of my travel destinations and one of the places I tend to hire. When I'm looking for new, I review the online Frontiers and pick out the ones like, then I check if they have any reviews here. If there is a consistent pattern of bad reviews here they get crossed off the list, if no reviews neither a positive or negative. Also never hired from just print ad, no pic, no hire. No terrible experiences, not very many great ones either, so few reviews from me. Once I find someone I tend to keep going back, and I have a regular guy in LA, so I haven't been looking really hard lately.

Actually, the current regular didn't come from Frontiers, at least I don't think so. He's made many videos, and I think I contacted him thru his website when I found it. Its Nino Bacci, reviewed here and website http://www.ninobacci.com. He has a calendar up going out about a month usually, so you'll know if he's in town when you are. If he's your type he's a keeper. He however is not inexpensive.

Los Angeles Escorts

There are a few other escort listing sites which feature reviews. There are also escorts who feature reviews on their own sites which do not apparently come from M4M Escort Reviews. To my knowledge, there is no escort site specifically for Los Angeles guys. As Trilingual and Ted point out, the print only escorts can be more risky, however I would like to point out two things: often times the print only escorts are doing so because the cost for photography in Frontiers are, at least IMHO, excessive, and I can think of a number of escorts, including some current and former adult fim performers listed, who are not using recent photographs.

I have two clients here in Los Angeles who always want a threesome. They rely on me to select the second guy. Sometimes it is another top, sometimes a versatile guy. I have tried the print only ads and uncovered some really great guys. One of my questions to them is "do you party?" when they say "yes" I say thank you very much and move on. I ask them to describe themselves in detail over the telephone and match what they say versus what is in the print ad. If they claim "10 inches" I respond with real inches? and a lot of my decision is based on their responsiveness and tenor on the telephone. One thing I look for is their willingness to talk to me on the telephone; however, I do ask if this is a convenient time for them to speak. If they seem unwilling to speak to me at length (and we are talking some ten or so minutes here) to me on the telephone, again I move on.

Finally, I ask to meet in person, at their convenience. In my case, this is easy to do. Both of my clients rely on me to pre-screen candidates and have, thus far, trusted my judgment. In one instance, I left it to my client to pick between two guys, and we ended up in a four way. But this particular gentlemen really does have too much time and too much money on his hands.

Finally, I think the point, even for Ted, is well taken. If you had a good experience or a bad one, you should WRITE a review. I also do check here to see if the escorts are reviewed. I know Nino Bacci has a review but I don't believe he has very many. One of my clients hired him and said only the nicest things about the experience. I met him briefly in Palm Springs during the Bad Boys Pool Party weekend and he definitely looks better than his photographs (which are very hot) and came across as a very nice guy. I cannot speak from experience, but my client thought he was worth his fee.

RE: Los Angeles Escorts

I really didn't look at Nino's reviews to see how many he has, but one of them is mine. As has been discussed here before, I, like many others, tend to review the very good and the very bad, and leave the mediocre unpublicized. I've reviewed each and every one of the guys with whom I've done repeat business, but two have retired from the biz; haven't checked to see if their reviews are still up or are gone.

If the escort did what he said he would, looked like his picture, didn't reek of attitude, etc. but for whatever reason, didn't ring my chimes, I chalk it up to chemistry, or the lack thereof. So was he a bad escort, was I a poor client? I really don't think so and don't think anyone should get bent out of shape about it. So those just don't get reviewed, the rare exeception being if the escort is just getting started and specifically asks to be reviewed. I really don't like to do those since my perception is that anything less than a rave is taken as a poor review, and he may ring the next guys chimes big time.

RE: Los Angeles Escorts

Franco,

How scientific...........But what most it cost for a four way. Wow.

Also, I called two different numbers, print ads, and it was the same guy offering different "strokes". He must spend a lot on advertising.

He didn't sound like my flavor.........I felt he was pushing too hard and may have been a little older than he said.

I really had a specific ad in mind when I originally posted. It is a small print ad that runs in Frontiers every issue, and the guy calls himself, "The Jackhammer". I wondered if anyone had any info on him.

I called him and he is quite reasonable, but he is not very talkative, which may be a good sign. Sometimes they sell themselves too strong. I just get a little apprehensive to invite a total stranger to my place.

As I mentioned originally, I hire when traveling so the first meeting with any escort is at a hotel. You can get some good rates at even upscale LA hotels on the weekends, so why not treat yourself to a get away from it all weekend, not far away from home, with an extra special bedtime treat thrown in. Yes it adds to the cost, but if there are some privacy issues, it certainly will make you more comfortable, and if you're more comfortable you'll have a much better time.

I use to only hire from Frontiers when I came to town, but now I don't at all. I've had better luck from the reviews here. Some of the guys in Frontiers have been advertising in there for 20 years....as long as I've been in L.A.

Thanks for the reply. I get the same feeling. One guy has several ads, and all different pager numbers, and a friend of mine said one of his ads has been running for years......He now has separate ads for different specialities. ....... The thing about using the ads is you make the page, they call you back, hopefully fast if they need money, and then you get to do it fast, without thinking too much about it. I talk myself out of things fast.
