This place never ceases to amaze me. I think the Canadians stole the "fucking hot" gene for their gene pool. Just walking down the street, there are more HOT guys to oggle at than any other place I have ever seen!

Then the clubs! WOW! It keeps getting better. For guys who want a taboo update... of course there are the old regulars who are still there... and still gorgeous: James (top of the class and my husband to be), Maxim, Anthony, Guillame, and company. Then there is the new blood. And wow... it just keeps getting better. Justin is my favorite... he is going to make me give up monogamy and marry both he and James (lol). There is also FRANK, who for you Ryan Phillipe fans looks all the world like that boy, only his dick and ass are yours to hold. Eric looks like he was plucked from a Bel AMi video, and Nick and Pascal are 2 hot little surfer boys who look like twin twink tricks from Malibu!

OK... can't be posting anymore. Too much boy to see and do.

As Traveller would say.... Later (tm copyright 1999, traveller inc)

gave him credit cuz I know he's a lawyer....

Yes, but the neighborhood is going down hill! You should see the riff-raff they let into the club these days -- oh, you did!!:+

Seriously... big fun last night, met lots of familiar faces or screen names and new boys and renewed some very nice friendships. Biggest weekend ever for me, says my bones. How can the best keep getting better?????????? :D

More serious question: Will I survive? }>

Yes, TY... it was REALLY great to see you and so many of the other familiar names and faces from this board.

All that planning for the message board reunion? We had our own exptemporaneous one... and the entertainment that we had!!!! Can it get any better?

>Do they have a website? Thanks

Jeff: They do not have a website... but just try to imagine the hottest twinks you have ever seen, in all different twink styles (surfer, raver, skater, jock, model, punk, prep, and boy next door), all with friendly, affectionate personalities, and ALL FOR YOU, and then you have Taboo.

I posted this on another thread, but last night, besides hanging out with my favorite husbands to be Justin and James (monogamy be gone), I was pleasantly surprised to see Criss on the stage. Criss is the HOT model from Video Secrets/Boys of Montreal who recently had his pic stolen and used by a prisoner on their "meet an inmate" website (something that created a little stir on this board). He is fucking awesome. Hottest, tightest body... beautiful face with a stunning smile... and just the greatest personality you can ask for. He is coming here to my hotel room in a few minutes (surprise, suprise).

I guess the thing about this town is that the NORM is to be hotter than hot, so the cute ones have no attitude at all. They are average. I have never been to a place where the hottest kids you have ever seen have inferiority complexes about the way they look! Nothing more sensual than a beautiful kid who is genuinely flattered that you find him attractive.

Marc, as a relative newbie here I haven't yet had the pleasure of telling you how much I appreciate your posts. :7 Would you be willing to share with all of us Montreal virgins :( some kind of a Montreal budget...lodging and food yes, but also for the escorts? For example, how much did the guy cost who came to your hotel as you were writing that post? (In US Dollars, please). ;-) We'll all recommend that the Montreal Dept. of Tourism pay you a nice finder's fee for sending all of us up north. }>

First of all, I usually stay at the Hotel Gouverneur. It is a very nice hotel, and at the edge of the village, so walking distance to all the clubs. It is not the cheapest though, ranging from 100-200 CND which is 70-150 US per night depending on the season. There are many other cheaper places (much cheaper), but not as nice. And there are some nice, cheap places... not as close.

Food is great. I took my 3 favorite stripper boys to a fancy French restaurant in old Montreal. We all had 3 bottles of Merlot, steak, whole lobsters, great appetizers and dessert, the works... for 200 CND for the 4 of us!!!! Simpler meals, like huge sandwiches at Le Club Sandwich in the village are 10$ CND or $7 US.

Criss did a private in my hotel for 200$ CND or $140 US. He stayed for 2 hours. He is fucking gorgeous. It was way worth it. I had Yannick do an overnight for 600$ CND or $400 US. He was so cute, I had to fuck him more than once! Escorts are negotiable. You have to talk with them...

And best of all, I spent a lot of time just hanging out in the town with my 2 favorite cuties from the club, Justin and James... and that is NO CHARGE. Just fun, affection, and friendship.

The budget for Montreal? Like the commercial, priceless!

I think you should double check your Visa bill. $50 a head, in a FANCY French restaurant in old Montreal? Steak, lobster and THREE bottles of wine? I seriously doubt it. Unless your idea of fancy is quite different than mine. I lived in Montreal for 2 years so I think I know what I'm talking about.

The name of the restaraunt was the Brochetterie Vieux-Port. Ok, I admit... it was a NICE French restaurant, excuse me for calling it fancy. I had filet and shrimp, two boys had filet and whole lobster, and one boy had just filet. We had 3 bottles of wine. We had appetizers. We had soups. We had salads. We had desserts. The bill was 212$ CND. You may have lived in Montreal for 2 years, but this is what I experienced 2 days ago.

Wow!! I will have to keep the Old Vieux Port in mind for dinner next time. I took a friend to Queue de Cheval and dropped nearly $300.00 (CD) BUT it is always an awesome dining experience there with numerous waiters attending to your every need and the best steaks, seafood, lamb and a great wine list.

I think Montreal has the best restaurants in North America even better than NYC. And the people are all so attractive and nice.

I like the Gouverneur as well and if you are a club member and visit as often as I do the free night after 14 nights is a nice perk. I was told that they will be increasing the rates soon to pay for the renovations I assume but Mopntreal is still a great bargain and a great time. Viva Montreal!!!

Hey Mr. Big:

Have you eaten at the Chez Quieux? Nice place, great food, great wine list... a little more than the Vieux Port, but very cozy and nice atmosphere!

And during Black and Blue, the Gouverneur did charge 200$ CND for a room. More expensive than it has been, but still way worth it!

You've got a point there. Moving was not totally my choice. Affairs of the heart made it a difficult decision. I keep thinking I would like to move back again one day, but the West Coast weather is so much easier to take. Montreal from Dec to March is not my idea of fun.

OK so that explains it. It was a Bistro and the $212 is quite believable then. Trust me, FANCY Montreal restaurants for four with three bottles of wine would be closer to $500 - or higher.

M.A.

I have not dined at the restaurant that you mentioned but will write the name down and do so on my next trip up. I also like Sofia's on St Laurent. My friend lives in Montreal but we have yet to dine in the Old Port which is so beautiful.

Not surprised about the Gouv jacking the tariff up it is always hit or miss. Seems when I want to go up their is always some festival or event like Black & Blue taking place but it is a great spot for convenience and price.

I understand, both concerns (weather and affairs of the heart). If money is not an object, a summer home in Montreal would be ideal. Buy one close to Taboo, and then you can have some cute dancer take care of it in the winter in exchange for something other than money in the summer! LOL (believe me, the thought has crossed my mind)
