What's so hard to beleive about a $100,000 dollar offer. . . if I had it to throw around I'd offer it to him. There's a lot of people where $100,000 might as well be $1 it as the same value. Unfortunately, some of the folks are convinced that anyone who is involved with porn automatically can be "bought" for one-on-one sex services. Zak Spears had the same type of attack in which the questioner equated porn with prostitution, and that anyone who denied the connection was only fooling himself.

 

I think part of the problem is that the emotions associated with hardcore sex are so powerful that some of us do not view porn as acting and skillful editing, but as actual emotion, and how great it is that we have the money to spend to have sex with the porn actor of our dreams (and private jack-off sessions when we first viewed their video work).

 

The ironic thing is that women have been subjected to this type of sexual bias and generalization for centuries, and it is only fairly recently than this agressiveness towards men as sex objects has been more prominent, as both being Gay is more accepted and escorting (to some extent)has been more openly discussed, as on Hooboy's website.

 

I would think, though, that folks who attack Matt Rush for not engaging in escorting, or who claim that they have engaged him

(and there's no way for us to really know this, so the claim is

really not germaine to the problem) are folks who have a serious lack of self-esteem or self -control when they cannot take "NO" for an answer. The guy who attacked Zak Spears made pains to mention that

he was good-looking, muscular, intelligent, and the implication was: "Why won't Zak Spears be an Escort for ME who has it all?"

 

Unfortunately, being a porn actor or an escort or both brings with it the same type of public scrutiny and obsessiveness that a regular movie star is subjected to, but even MORE SO because this raw emotion associated with sex is at the core of what we, as clients, pay for and fantasy about and chase after.

 

Matt just has to keep saying "NO." And bless him for it!

Please reread what I wrote. I changed the topic from specifically Matthew to porn stars who get their panties in a twist. I wasn't saying that Matthew gets fucked on video (I can't speak for in private).

If you are a carpenter does it blacken your name if someone says you are a plumber? To me there seems not much difference between taking money to have sex with strangers in front of a camera and taking money to have sex with strangers in a hotel room. For me it's a different kind of sex. When I'm with a client, it's not about me. It's about them. I'm not thinking of what turns me on. I get off on the pleasure I'm giving. I also am not focused on their appearance. I believe that we're all spiritual beings having a human experience and it was a fluke as to what bodies we are inhabiting. I dont't overidentify with my looks or my body. I know its mortality.

 

That being said, when it's sex for ME I prefer someone I find HOT! Is this abnormal? That's what I mean by a "world of difference". To me it's just a different kind of sex with a client, not better, not worse than any other sexual activity. I enjoy them equally for different reasons.

 

I admire Matthew for his ability to perform before large crowds of people. I couldn't do that. He's quite comfortable in the spotlight.

FFF may not have the most tactful writing talents, but I must agree with him in his main thesis. Porn videos do constitute recorded prostitution. It's not such a huge stretch to believe that someone who doesn't mind getting paid for having sex in front of tens of thousands wouldn't object to doing it in private. I also agree that it's a little silly when porn stars get bent out of shape when someone suggests they might escort.

What they actually get bent out of shape over is the guys (and it's a steady flood) who refuse to believe that NO means NO.

 

Matt's ex, Zak Spears, told me stories I had to excise from the interview I published about the people who badgered him for months. Zak, like Matt, does not and has not and will not see private clients. (To distinguish this from "escort/prostitute/whore" which is FFF's entire thesis.)

Back to the subject at hand. I have always enjoyed FFF posts but his comments here seemed rather pointedly vicious if you ask me. I do not know if he has a personnal stake in this or not. Maybe he was one of the people who offered Matt alot of money and was turned down. Some people do not realize that money does not always talk.

 

Blink and Manrent 1's comments also intrigued me (for lack of a better term) - How do you two know if he does escort? Why would you not review that encounter Blink? That really surprises me. If Matt did escort and if anyone who posts on these boards was with him, I think that not only would a very detailed review be posted but threads about the subject would be started by the person who submitted the review before the review would be posted.

 

I have noticed that neither Blink or Manrent 1 have posted rebuttals? Why is that guys? You two opened the can of worms but did not stick around when they started crawling out of the jar. I am not passing judgement on you two but if you are going to make statements like that about somebody then let's back them up.
