I agree - his attitude is the shits. He must be as stupid as they come if he thinks it will get him any business. But...... and I hate to say this....... I checked out his website and it is of extremly high quality and the pictures of him show a "hunk to die for" - very much my type.

Due to the fact that some escorts have reviews queued up until well into the next century, Hooboy relaxed the rules for posting. When the "window" opens (i.e. 10 or 30 days' separation), all pending reviews are posted that otherwise meet requirements. He posted that policy change here in the message center, and I *think* it's in the site FAQ.

 

When a bad review is queued up, it is mailed to the escort in question. If he cares to provide a rebuttal in a timely manner it is posted the same day as the review. If he drags his feet (or doesn't check e-mail for a while), the rebuttal goes up later.

 

There's no rules violation or change here that I see.

PLUS, the reviewer posted in June. The no-show happened in March. That was plenty of time for Bryan to have contacted the client. Who wouldn't have understood if told what happened?

New? Lesssee ... this site has been around for several years and it's the way it has always been. The escort has the last say. (In reviews, anyway.) That's been policy since day one.

 

I know I once submitted a "bad" review (although I said the guy was way more attractive than his pics and very sweet) and his rebuttal was up the same day.

Even assuming the story of the dead sister is true, Bryan still had plenty of time to provide the guy he stood up with an explanation. The client could not have known Bryan's circumstances. He had every reason to be upset. An explanation and an apology were in order, unless the client was truly insulting in his communication with Bryan. Reading Bryan's response, however, I feel it was likely that is was Bryan, and not the client, who was arrogant.

Yes, the Original Poster (me) lives in the DC/VA area - that doesn't mean I don't travel to Florida (the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale) area from time to time. As a matter of fact, I have been with about about a dozen escorts in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area. Several of them absolutely fantastic experiences. However, I would never even consider calling Bryan Score. I don't put out hard earned money to get that kind of attitude from an escort. Of course I am sorry about Mr. Score's loss but for the reviewer a careful review of Mr. Score's website makes it pretty clear that some of his appointments are acccompanied by a heaping helping of attitude. I assume its a sales enducement.

I am one of the folks that thinks the escorts reply to a negative review is just as telling as the review itself. Just as some of the posts from escorts on this thread are.

 

I don'thave time to try to hire someone that would say some of the things that the reply said, nor would I hire an escort that gets so mired down in the rules of this site.

 

It is a review site that the owner runs the way he wants. Is he always fair? Probablynot, but heyit is his ball and he can play with it anyway he wants.

As a person who lives in South Beach, and in fact at one point lived in the same building as Bryan, I can say that I have seen him in passing several times.

 

While I am very sorry for his loss, Bryan's response was in keeping with the attitude he is well known for here in South Florida. He is self absorbed and when I later saw his webpage and realized he escorted, I quickly came to the conclusion that I would not be interested in hiring him even though he is drop dead gorgeous.

the pandas were outside, but the baby (6 months old & 642lbs) elephant was inside sleeping while mommy (shanti) was eating. i only wish there were african elephants--they're my favorites! the baby gorilla is quite cute as well.

The National Zoo is a true treasure for DC residents. I enjoyed it a lot (and was a FONZ) when I lived there. You're FONZ, right Ethan?

 

The elephants play like puppies, and the Pandas amuse. It's just a FABULOUS little oasis in the middle of one of the most populated areas in the country. It's really quite remarkable.

 

Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago is similar.

 

You're never really sure who is being observed: the people or the animals. ;-)

I did the volunteer thing one summer. I was OK until they tried to put me in with the spiders.

 

That was it. Everyone out of the pool. I won't do spiders!

 

I can deal with snakes as long as they ignore me too. But spiders? No honey. Not me.
