Billy Brandt vs. Falcon over his bottoming in DVD

Checked the Falcon Studios site. Brandt says that he

did bottom but Falcon told him the shoot was unusable.

Now it surfaces as an add on to the the DVD "No Way Out."

Billy is mad at gossip columnist Billy Master who broke the

story for not talking to him first. He is also not pleased with

Falcon or his manager David Forest. He decribes the porn world as

"day eat dog" and mentions his dedication to his fans over and over.

The "No Way Out" DVD comes out in June. The "Absolute Arid" DVD

with add ons is available now by mail order. Billy is not a happy person and that may explain his break from videos. Billy also says that he enjoys sex with women and men. Give Falcon credit for allowing Brandt to present his case.

Thanks for the update on the controversary. I, too, am glad that Billy's had a chance to present his case.

 

I've always liked Falcon products and I'm glad they are acting in a responsible manner on this issue.

 

I wish Billy luck in his future. I'm sure the life of a porn actor is not all glory and fantasy. It's got to be a very tough way to make a living.

It doesn't surprise me that he is having serious misgivings about what has happened to him in the past, and whom he has put his trust in.

The problem with Falcon's website is you have to be a member to get any information. You can buy product if you're not a member (which is a distinct improvement over a year ago) but you'll get nothing unless you're a member.

 

I refuse to play that game. I'm not paying someone for the privilege of reading their own marketing drivel.

Well, my feeling as someone who has discussed this issue, is that it has more to do with subjective opinions as opposed to preference. I like to fuck. It is one of my favorite things to do. It is not so much that I am averse to being fucked as on those very rare occassions that it happened, all of which were in relationships, it was neither a pleasant experience nor one I felt I needed to repeat once again. I do not look down upon nor do I make pejorative remarks about someone because they want to be fucked or for any other state preference between two consenting adults.

 

Certainly sexual practices, such as rape fantasies, I have to admit give me pause, even between two consenting adults but I rarely get such requests from clients. However, the fact of the matter is that being on the bottom side of things does make other gay men, even those with the same preference, make snide, nasty, superior remarks.

 

I think in the case of a porn star in particular, you lose control over your image and your fans get an idea of who you are, whether it is who you really are or not. Some people deal with it well, irrespective of age, others do not. It is sad and unfortunate either way, that the people in control are, even at very respectable and reputable companies like Falcon, out to maximize profits with less concern over the models as humans, much less as professionals.

 

I am all in favor of model rights, including health insurance benefits, residuals, and other benefits, for everyone in the adult film industry, straight or gay.

I agree that the Falcon site mostly promotes Falcon. However, the formum is another matter. That's where I found all the Billy Brandt information. You can get a 15 day trial membership for about 15 dollars. I like Billy a lot so it was worth it to me. Again, Falcon allowed Billy to present his side of the story (it's in an interview link on the forum).

That was my point. As someone who likes to fuck and be fucked, I think the denigration of those who like to bottom is generally just a bunch of macho bullshit.
