Mark Dalton's Positive Review on 4/17

I have been critical of Dalton's famous phone call in the bathroom

review. I questioned everyone believing a first reviewer and did not like the fact that he listened in to the call. Now we have a glowing review of Dalton by another first time reviewer. Either a true Dalton fan decided to post a real review or Mark decided to extend his public relations campaign. If it's the latter, you have to give Dalton credit for using this site to his best advantage --- as other escorts have done, just not so obviously.

Or one of his many fans decided to "help" matters by posting a bogus review. I have no insight on whether this or any of the reviews Mark has recieved are accurate. But its pretty clear that this one is written to counter specifically some of the bad publicity Mark Dalton has gotten.

Yikes. Why can't someone get a positive review on their own merit? Maybe it was a legitimate good review.

 

Actually, I spent some time with Mark last weekend when he was at The Gaiety (I generally don't do reviews of guys who have reviews). I had a very good time with him, things were not rushed at all. I won't go into what we did and didn't do, as I'm sure it varies from person to person, but I would definitely see him again. He's a very nice guy. I think his personality on stage and in-person are pretty different, some folks are just not made to be stage performers (well, Mark looks great on stage, he just doesn't come off as the friendliest guy in town on stage). Mark was warm and friendly and smiled a whole lot when we played together. That smile is really special.

 

For those of you who are cynics, Mark's room looked very clean.

 

I am one of the many folks who does not believe that first review. I just don't think Mark is that kind of guy. Gay or not (we didn't discuss that), he has marketed himself well. I can't imagine him acting the way his reviewer described.

The first review was so far and away different from my experience with Mark that I discounted it. It didn't make sense that he would be great with me (a middle-aged first-timer) and so indifferent to another.

 

Gay or not, he's got the muscle and the looks - plus an easy-going friendly attitude.
