Recently I was connected with this person through the internet and she said she was going to hire me and pay me 1500 for the night to do a party for her. Thinking it is a reasonable price, I decided to do it. But the party was not for a month from the initial time she had emailed me. From then she told me her other escort, his name was MIKEY to handle it. Mikey told me to do pictures, many many pictures of me nude, to me doing it with a girl/guy/ all this to show TINA, the woman that was hiring me that I was versatile. Because I was STUPID, I had taken the opportunity and took all of the pictures she had wanted and sent it out. Today I was suppose to be picked up by this LIMO, and it was no where to be found. I tried emailing TINA at justolecris@aol.com and MIKEY at naturalisme@aol.com just to find out that the person holding that account had already canceled it. Now, they have incriminating pictures of me, that they said they were to delete after viewing them. SO i'm screwed. I will take this into legal action with my a great lawer, a friend of mine tomorrow. I will see to it that this scam ends here. Oh yes by the way, they did send me pictures of other escorts in poses that she wanted me to duplicate such as writings of "TINA's Cock" on the body or "I LIKE TO SUCK COCK". I mean, after these pictures, I believed that yes, it is true, Tina must exist for these escorts to do all of these crazy things. I think other escorts in the past have also been scammed...If you have, or in the process of, get to teh bottom of it, lets find this bastard. I have already traced their IP down, I will see to it that he pays. If you can, anyone help out.

As to catching "Tina" and "Mike," I doubt you'll have much luck. AOL will have to hold the account holder name in confidence unless ordered to release it by a court. What is your claim in court going to be? "I was supposed to be paid to have sex at a party. I emailed some x-rated pictures and then they didn't follow through with the deal?" Apart from going into court and admitting that you are engaging in an illegal profession, what law are you trying to enforce that "Tina" and "Mike" broke? If you saved all the emails and they demonstrate a clear "contract," I suppose you could try to sue on that basis. But is this what you would really want to do anyway?

As above guy mentioned, you should learn some things from an experienced guy. Probably the thing that would have prevented this whole thing, would have been to talk to the person on the phone. However, an email does not give an indication of the sender -- she/he could be a teen looking for fun, or some 59 year old guy looking for fun.

Do you really believe that aol will hold things back unless served with a court order or warrant? Not true. I had a friend that carelessly traded his x-rated pic with someone. Okay, maybe I went overboard. I still don't think that AOL is going to give a private party someone's real name and contact information just because he calls and states he was wronged by that member. I would think that such a cavalier attitude could land them in a number of lawsuits.

 

Providing a police department information when given documentation that a member sent X-rated material (and perhaps even solicited sex from someone under 18) is a different matter. This case was in the bay area, 3 years ago. Six men were caught by the sting. Only one man went so far as to set a date in a park. The other five just chatted and traded some photos. All were charged with felony cases of distrubution of pornography to a minor, and a then obscure law in CA -- something to effect of criminal arousal of a minor via internet. Jailed for 3 months, 3 yrs probation, travel restricted, not allowed to have pc or email capabilites, and must register as a sex offender. As to the one guy who actually set a date to meet the alleged 17-year-old in the park, however, I find this curious. And if this is the case I'm remembering (covered extensively in the Bay Area Reporter a few years ago), the guy's own statements seemed very hollow and unbelievable. Why would someone have explicit sexual chats with someone he believed to be a minor and then arrange to meet this minor with the understanding they would have sex and then claim he was "misunderstood" when he showed up in the park and found a cop waiting for him instead. I don't recall all of the details, but I remember thinking at the time that the guy's claims of innocence just didn't make sense.
