I have just read todays review in conjunction with Rick Hammersmith in Calgary, and the reviewer indicates he met Rick and the table was loaded with toys, how in these days of intense baggage checks and high profile security at airports can you travel comfortably with sex toys and scanty leather costumes.

I have reduced my packed baggage and now travel with liitle more than a leather cock ring, I would welcome responses from how other guys are traveling to meet escorts.

I know a businessman who travels frequently and often fedexes his luggage (or part of it) to the hotel he's going to be staying in.

If you're only going for a day or if you are making lots of hops, this could get expensive. But if you're going someplace for a few days, sending your luggage ahead isn't all that expensive and can really reduce the aggravation associated with getting there.

Just an idea. :-)

As long as the toys aren't condidered weapons or sharp objects....the only thing the bearer might endure is a supressed chuckle and heavy embarrassment. Something like a whip might be confiscated...but things like dildos, vibrators, lunes, cok rings, leather paraphernalia, etc, shouldn't be confiscated....it just means traveling and knowing that if searched, you better at least be secure enough with yourself not to go into apoplexy when being searched! :)

And, really, that has always been the case. It's nothing new at all.

Long before the new security measures came about, a porn star pal's carry-on bag was manually searched because he was carrying five Jeff Stryker dildos. They weren't suspicious -- the little old lady just wanted the opportunity to ask why he needed five of them. LOL

Check the fine print of what they're really checking. Of course, all bets are off for carry-on luggage. Expect Beavis and Butthead, the airport screener dudes, to paw through everything in detail.

If you check your luggage, they are screening for explosives. If they zap your bag with one of the explosives scanners, certain latex items could turn up a false positive. (A jar of grandmother's pomegranate jam set it off for me over Christmas.) Should that happen, you'll be brought in to a screened off area while your luggage is inspected. Other approaches to luggage inspection include bomb sniffing dogs and more careful luggage matching. Luggage matching means the airlines are now required to be much more careful and match pieces of luggage with passengers on the manifest. If you check luggage and don't board, everyone who did board is subjected to a wait while a "bag pull" is done. This means someone goes back underneath the plane to remove your specific piece(s) of luggage.

As another reader noted, you could ship your luggage ahead via FedEx, but FedEx cargo is expected to be subject to some of these same measures before long. Hopefully, a few more months, we get the Olympics behind us without another attack, and airline security will start to settle down a bit. I expect that through the end of the Olympics, things will continue to be difficult.

I got the impression from the review that they too lived in Calgary so there wasn't any travel involved. But yes, one needs to be more discrete as far as luggage these days. One of my escort friends was subjected to a bag check with a CASE of KY packed. Some eyebrows were raised there.

In November I flew to boston From New Orleans. Sionce I was just going for one night I packed a carry on back pack with my things. the client I was going to see had a thing for collars. I brought a few rather plain ones, one with two straps that could be drawn tighter, and one with spikes. weeeelll.... My bag was searched at the security checkpoint. The woman pulled out lube condoms toothbrush and all the aformentioned. (that is a wordright) She had to call her superior over to see if the spikes on the collar were too sharp to be allowed. ehhe.. they let me through with a little smile and a mmmm hmmm.

}>

Oh yeah,

and the client was a lot of fun
