MTE, I totality agree with you that it is the client's responsibility to make sure he takes care of his HYGIENE before the encounter. I myself ALWAYS,ALWAYS shower, shave, mouth wash, and if I know if I am to BOTTOM I make sure that is clean also(fleet and douche).
