Does anyone suspect something foul in today's review of "Kristian in NYC"?

The review makes Kristian out to be the best thing since sliced bread. It goes on endlessly praising EVERYTHING Kristian stands for. I looked up his profile on AOL and in it, he states that he advertises on Rentboy. I went there but he was nowhere to be found. The "reviewer" states:

"I am a late 40's good looking in great shape Wall Street executive who find escorts are the answer because they understand sex and intensity..and have been with alot of them here..I have huge respect...but Kristian is another world!" If you read the review and the way it is written, it doesn't appear to have been written by a "Wall Street executive"...if it is, no wonder the economy is going downhill fast. He states that he has been with alot of escorts yet he claims not to have written any previous reviews.

I know, we should take it for what it is worth but I still strongly suspect that it is a fake review. Opinions requested.
