It's usually fairly easy. I'm about 50/50 versatile, but most guys see me as the sub twink type, so it's usually not a big deal if I don't get to excercise my versatility on the job. I am not an escort... far be it for me to say, but if a guy (escort, client, bus driver, teacher, poodle groomer, any guy) is versatile, I would think he can do just one role when called upon. If you meet up with someone and find out that he is just a top, and you find him incredibly sexy, I am sure that being just a bottom that night is fine. Interactions between two people often require compromise.. accomodation... negotiation.

 

I would think, and hope, a good versatile escort doesn't have a problem to be top only for a particular bottom client. Especially if this point was dicussed before the date. In the interest of being a professional and working with a reasonable client, you should be able to set aside your personal desires in the interest of making a nice time for the guy that is handing over cash. Ikc-ick is bad, no excuse for this from either escort or client. Twice I experienced this issue from an escort. Guess they missed the enema/douching chapter in escort school. Being the foregiving and tactful citizen I am, I made no mention at the time. I excused myself to the washroom to "blow my nose". I didn't mean it to sound like I mfelt like I was missing out when I oly bottomed or topped. Just like to do both occasionaly. I've never been comfortable enough with my bottoming skills to rent them out, but my BF is versatile. I don't know how true this holds, but I've known quite a few escorts socially (not as a client) and I kind of got the impression from many of them that given a choice they'd prefer to bottom (assuming they're versatile). I think my natural prediliction is to be a top.

 

Usually a client and I will negotiate beforehand if he wants me to bottom so I can come "prepared" for him. I'm willing to communicate with a client over a few e-mails to find out exactly what he want and how he wants me. Knowing what to expect without unwelcome surprises is best for both parties (but this doesn't mean that I don't like welcome surprises--:9 )

Sorry, I can't recall. This was quite a few years ago, and I'd think it unlikely he'd still be working (but who knows?). "versatile top"--prefers to top, but can usually bottom.

"versatile bottom"--might be able to top you, but don't count on it.
