What's the scoop on Darrell from Vancouver?

I just looked at his pictures from his website, and I almost had to pinch myself to be sure I wasn't dreaming. Yet all of his reviews are by first time reviewers. One of them says the guy in the pictures on his website aren't him. Two involve a strange (to me) fantasy of getting a straight boy stone-drunk and having him act like a slave. Is this just some messed up guy with an unfortunate childhood who likes to be humiliated? Is it just some nice guy who's been able to accommodate a couple of unusual fantasies? Are there any reliable reviewers out there who can vouch for this guy? What is up with him???
