I can't answer EXACTLY what takes place in a typical muscle worship session, because I wonder whether one can actually assume that there is any typical way any sexual act takes place. But, I think you need some basic explanation: I think muscle worship can include simply adoring and servicing the stud in front of you. Some muscle escort do not do anything to reciprocate. They are only there for your adoration.
