Are my posts bothering you? It would seem so from the last time I took something personally and Traveller told me that it wasn't directed at me. I'm not upset at you, and I believe I have shown myself to be one of those who would welcome DCEscort back. However, if you are asking me to cool it, would you please post me a private inbox note to let me know and I will try to keep myself more on topic in the future. I know for a fact that I coopted the tail end of one thread, but it was one that was well over the average length when someone or other would have hijacked it. So why not me? On the other hand, your post seems to indicate that I have been doing it on more than one thread, and of that I am unaware and am sorry if it is true. It's finally turned cool again here in Houston, and I'm feeling frisky, is the only excuse I can think of.

I held the opinion that this joker was only into jerking chains to upset people for the fun of it. OK, nothing too wrong with that per se, I engage in a little of that myself though only for fun and not too upset people, and not on the boards --BUT THERE ARE LIMITS, and there is responsibility for one's words. However, after his response to WIll's post in the Lobby thread 'Life goes on...' it is my defnite opinion that this guy is a MENACE with the potential do someone serious harm with his fun and games -- this based on the content and tone of that post. He could have made any sincerely held points in a much less inflammatory manner. There are people who, everyday live, on the thin edge. Who knows that one or more of them don't tune in here on occasion. IMO there is no smiley face big enough to cover the tone and content of that post.

Bilbo: Sorry you think I was pissed off at you. Far from the case. I was really referring to all of the talk by and about Truth Teller. I always enjoy your posts and usually think that they are right on. The problem is really long posts where it it is difficult to tell exactly which message is referred to coupled with vague writing. I am sorry that I didn't get a private message from you. I always like to see that little message because it means a present just for me.

Wet has since written me an inbox note and I answered it. I fully agree with his description of how fun they are to get, as well as to send, and want to encourage everyone to do more of it. I was glad to see the couple(?) of notes lately requesting and being told how to sign up for it. Watch for your red flags!

Thanks for mentioning my posting. I was the one who included Billy's real name. It proves you should reread and rethink something before you post it. Since I like Billy a lot and am a strong defending of his, I was glad that the posting was either deleted, or never made it on to the site.
