New Orleans....place for fun?

For 4-5 day get-aways I’ve often gone to Ft. Lauderdale (warm weather and lots of escorts & a few strip bars for fun).

 

Any advice about New Orleans for the same “criteria”? Lots or little to choose from? I can figure out the historical sightseeing during the day on my own. I’d appreciate any advice about the availability of nighttime fun.

HEy there,

 

Tourist season is just picking up here, so the French Quarter is finally looking busy again. Nightlife is pretty standard here.

Oz is the main dance club, Bourbon Pub (right across the street) plays music vids and during the week does Southpark, Sex & city, Will and Grace, etc....

BLock up St anne is Good friends a smaller neighboorhood bar but with a fair influx of tourist. One more block is Rawhide (hehe) not as bad as its name sounds, but mostly a leather bear bar. And a few more smaller ones in the area.

 

Need a tourguide? :-)

What about the escort availability? From the reviews, there don't seem to nearly as many guys as in Ft. Lauderdale / Miami Beach.

 

Since I'd only be there a few days, I'd lke to set any appointments in advance.

I'm trying to keep him away form the Corner Pocket. If he were interested in that type he would've put his message under the street hustlers section I hope. ;-)
