There advertised phone is disconnected. Did they go out of

buisness.

I subscribe to their newsletter. They recently mentioned that they moved to a new location. I'm guessing that they had to change their phone number as a result of the move. (Although it is curious that there's no recorded announcement directing you to their new number.) Their web site is still operational. Try sending them an e-mail and please keep us posted.

I have been e-mailing them for the last few days.I have not gotten a response and they are really good at responding quickly. I hope nothing is wrong I really like that agency.

I too feel they are THE BEST Agency in NYC. I also subscribe to their newsletter and they did state that they were going thru a move. Assuming that their telephone line is not functional, it would not be possible to answer their e-mail since e-mail is transmitted thru tel lines (I think???). OK computer geniuses out there, am I right or wrong? However, it is strange since the tel company usually refers you to the new number...could be it hasn't been assigned yet.

Anyhow, I hope they are still around and the "outtage" is temporary.

It actually depends on the kind of internet service that they subscribe too. Most providers -- i.e., AOL, AT&T, Compuserve, etc. are what are known as dialup services and require a telephone connection. Other services -- say a cable modem or DSL may or may not require a telephone connection. (I have a cabel modem that does not require a phone line. A friend has a cable modem that requires a telephone connection.)

They confirmed to me a few weeks ago that he has been working there since May 1. They said they simply waiting for the move to be complete before doing a thorough revamp of the site. I'm just hoping they print fresh pics of Domino instead of his old ones.
