Wow, I guess you could say that I am a little confused. I do not know all, or even much of any, that happened between Hooboy and Billy. I have read contributions made to this site by both and have corresponded with Hooboy via email from time to time, as he has always offered an enlightening view to whatever topic my email concerns. I have read just about all of the posts about the unfortunate resulting relationship between the 2 of them. I then remembered back to when I first began visiting this site that Billyboy had hosted one of the chats. I reviewed his chat from May of 2000, and pulled a few excerpts that I found interesting...

Those were Billyboy's own words from just a year ago. I realize that relationships, even ones that seem to have their roots firmly in place, can be destroyed in a mere fraction of the time some took to build. If you notice, Billyboy makes reference to having knowledge of Hooboy having "been dealt a shit hand... and the people on his site deal him more undeserved shit..." Aside from reading the actual recorded account of Billy's feelings, I then chatted with a veteran of this site and somewhat of a "friend" at one time to Billy. I was told that "they had a nice friendship for a while". I guess the reason I even offer this post is not to discredit Billy, (although it seems he has been lashing out after being hurt either by his guilty actions or the embarrassment of being exposed) but to give my own personal account in regard to my experience with this site. I can honestly say that in the almost 3 years I have been escorting, the past year, of which I became affiliated with this site, has been the best year by far. Along with experience, I owe a lot of the difference to Hooboy's site. Not only is it a tool for men who are looking to hire an escort, but it is a "community" that allows people the opportunity to admire the success of some of the veteran escorts and learn from the mistakes of or bad examples set by others. I am not going to go on about all the positive aspects of this site, cause I know some of the longer posts can tend to wear people out. I do want to say that Billy is entitled to his opinion, as we all are, but there is something to be said for tact. Having lost some credibility over submitting Negative reviews of escorts out of spite, it seems as though his pride has also allowed any dignity to be pulled down with him. There are sooooo many ways to resolve undesirable relationships, and being an antagonist only illustrates a childish nature. Although we have all chosen a more childlike way to handle situations, there is much to be proud of when we think before we act, and then conduct ourselves like adults.

Hooboy, the only bit that I might highlight is from one of the posts I read from Bryan Young about some childhood advice he follows: "Never wrestle with a pig...Because both of you get dirty, but the pig likes it." I commend you for making a decision, voicing it in a "politically correct" manner, and standing firm on it. You can now let Billy be his own demise, being that he has become someone he showed a sincere distaste for at one time ("people on his site deal him more undeserved shit). Thank you for all the work you do on this site, and I hope others can identify some of the reward, no matter how significant, your time and effort provide.

Since you seem incapable of overcoming your own problems that you described earlier in this thread, I can't imagine why you think yourself qualified to offer advice or comments about the problems of others, let alone to make the kind of disparaging remarks about their problems that you did in the thread on "How to Ask for a Review" in the "Lounge" section. The smug and superior attitude that you assume in these messages continues to amaze (and amuse) me.

sorry regulation, I would agree with you to a degree, I've told a few people, "never trust a hooker" I've seen it all, from hustling on the streets, working in a brothel, to where I am today, and can honestly say I've seen the slime of the earth in this business, but to lump all escorts/hookers/whores into a category of untrustworthy non professionals, is a bit much.

I also , in seeing it all that I have, have met some really great guys.

I wish I had two hours to read the many lengthy posts here, but may I ask just one question? Isn't this "BillyBoy" the Chicago escort who has received rave reviews here since the site appeared and was a candidate for Escort of the Year in '99?
