I was on Venice Beach last 4th of July for part of the Bodybuilding contest. Mark stood on the sideline for the entire contest, by himself most of the time. Tall (6'4"?) and very sexy in short shorts and a tight shirt. I got up the nerve to ask if he was Mark Slade and he seemed delighted to be recognized. Very friendly. I asked if he ever escorts and he replied: "Yes, but I am going out of town today". He gave me an autograph and phone number but I seem to have lost it.
