This outfit has been advertising for some time, so they seem to be legit. However, as you've noticed, not everyone in Brazil speaks English. This could be a problem if you actually managed to hook up with Alexandre; my guess is he doesn't speak much, if any, English either. If you're going to be in São Paulo, and don't speak Portuguese, my suggestion would be to have a look at my world-famous :-) review of Brazilian Saunas in the Escorts Outside USA section, and spend an afternoon (or several) at a place like Lagoa or Fragata, where you'll find a super-abundance of choice for much less than this agency is likely to charge. Also, lack of English won't be a huge problem, because if the object of your interest doesn't speak English most likely he'll know one of the other guys or clients or employees who does and who can do some basic translation.
