I am very curious if anyone has any more info on this escort that appeared in the reviews today. I started using HooBoy's fantastic site a couple of years ago to help me decide which escorts would be best to hire. I remember Larry Mark Reid's very favorable reviews in New York that were posted in 1999 and have had major lust for this guy ever since. He used to have a hot website and was a professional male model and looked amazing. I was really sad to later learn that he quit escorting from this very messege board. I never forgot how hot he was. Well, a week ago I saw the same looking guy re-surface on American Male escort site! I got so excited that he was back. But under the name Matthew ( but his email is Larry Reid). He still looks hot to me. So, what is the scoop on this guy? Does anyone know him and is it really the same model that used to escort in 1999? Why did he leave and then come back? He seems so mysterious to me. Has anyone been with him and know more about him and willing to share info about him either a few years ago,during his hiatus,or now his return?

It seems like a fake review. Both the reviewer and the ad copy for Larry (on the American Male site) refer to his insatiability & his attentiveness. I can't believe this reviewer, who claims it was his first time to hire an escort, would know about Hooboy's site, yet pay $500 for someone who had no previous reviews.

I communicated with Larry via e-mail less than one year ago. He was less expensive then but still the cost would have been prohibitive. I had a problem with not being able to communicate by phone; it seems he was once stalked and refuses to disclose his number. If I am going to spend that kind of money, I need to at least hear a voice. From his pictures you get the feeling that you are hiring perfection and I think what attracted me at first was a picture he tends to use dating back to when he was nineteen years old. It seems Larry has been 23 for quite some time. When Larry maintained a public web site, he was pursuing post-graduate studies in criminal law. Through his writing he led me to believe that he had an established base of clients that would meet his fee requirements but since the appearance of this review, I have to assume his client-base may be drying up. There are too many guys out there charging far less than Larry and if I had that kind of money to spend, I would need to see a hell of a lot more evidence that he is the real thing.

When will the insanity end?? $500, assuming for one hour, is absolutely ridiculous. Maybe I'll start a thread on escort fees (although I feel it's been done before). When I started seeing escorts in 1994, an agency in NYC was charging $150 per hour. Now, the average agency fee is $250. Individual escorts are now charging that much, some even $300....not out of the question. It appears that as long as someone is willing to pay those fees, someone will charge it...AND GET AWAY WITH IT. Escorts in other cities are now charging $250. Gaiety dancers are asking $250 and that usually is only for 20 minuters. Yes, I know inflation, etc....I've heard it all.

The most I have ever paid was $300 seven years ago. When I contacted that escort again last year, he said his fee was $600 for an hour! He advertises regularly in New York, so he must get it occasionally, but I don't think anyone could be worth that much (and he was good).

A straight escort service in New York was recently raided by Guiliani's thugs ... according to news reports at the time the service charged $4,000 (that's right four thousand dollars) an hour!!!! (The DA was quoted as saying something to effect that what one got for that kind of money would be part of his investigation.) Althought it boggles the mind to think that ANYONE would pay that kind of money, the service must have been very successful because -- again according to the press -- they siezed a couple hundred thousand dollars in cash from the alleged madam's apartment.

THANK YOU! I am so glad someone actually had some info on this mystery man. The pieces are fitting together now and they aren't making a very "pretty as his face used to be" picture ( sorry, that was mean, mine is not as pretty now either,and I am sure he still looks very hot,but that is not cool of him to show his old modeling head shot when he was 19 ). That makes sense that he used to maintain a group of select clients for a while willing to support his hefty fees. I remember that seductive website he had a year or so ago. That is why I got so excited to see he was back. Now I have been dissapointed by him twice! First, when he was no longer escorting. And Second, now that he is he is way too expensive and I could not afford him. He may be trying to raise the bar on escort fees, but don't think most clients will shell out that kind of fee and he will be lowering the bar very soon. Especially if he sees this messege board.

That does sound like a great weekend in New York. However, Jake has left the sex industry. He moved to Orlando at the end of March. (Good for him! Jake poured his heart out in a couple of very moving posts as to why he decided to retire. Escorting can be fun, but it does have a downside to it. I gathered that, for Jake, the downside started to outweigh the good times and that contributed to his decision to move on. I wish him well. I guess the moral of the story is that if you are attracted to a certain escort, then try to schedule an appointment with him before he too decides to move on.
