The few escorts I've been with have catered to my wishes whether they smoked or not. In some cases, a cigar was never actually smoked but used as a prop. Open communication with an escort is the best policy. I always ask them as part of a scene to include a cigar. I let them know my desires in the begining and inquire whether they're comfortable with that scene. I would never want to hire or make anyone uncomfortable. Over 90% of the escorts that I emailed or called prior to hiring the few I did said they would perform the fantasy one way or another. I've had very good luck.
