Toby resurfaced a little while ago, no longer affiliated with Premier, but advertising independently at Escorts4You, Pennsylvania. I just checked, and his ad has disappeared yet again. However, I might have a way to get in touch with him. E-mail me (numerito@yahoo.com) for details.

After Toby returned to Phila., I made appointments with him on two seperate occasions... and both times he stood me up. All communication was by email... when I left messages via of his cell phone he never called me back. The last note I had from him had a California area code to it... again I left a numeric message and I am still waiting for an answer. If you want the phone # let me know and I will send it to you privately.
