What is the legal status of escort agencies. Places like Premier, Campus, Tops, Capital City Boys, etc. I have been reading this message board for awhile and am curious. I have hired escorts before but never with an agency.

As such, they are given all of the legal protections enjoyed by every one of us. I believe, in fact, that both Premier and Chelsea Guys have a booth set up at the Republican Convention this week.

Actually Capital City Boys is a licensed referral agency. Whatever that really means. Yeah, they do pay taxes and such. They have disclaimers all over their site about all you're paying for is the escort's time, etc. But it's all done with a wink of course.
