To find these, go to "Find a Chat", click on the "created by AOL members" tab and search through the list

 

Also, click on the "People" icon, choose "Search AOL Member Directory" and search on "escort" in your location and see what comes up.

As wonderful as I think the reviews on this site are, it's my experence (in New York) that once a guy gets a few excellent reviews, he becomes very hard to book time with. I like being able to see a good escort over and over, and I don't want to have to sign up 10 days in advance for an hour of his time. So I am creating a list of interesting guys I see in one of AOL's "M4M NYC Escort" chat rooms, or in a search of profiles. And I've started contacting them one at a time. I haven't yet found one that has vetted well, but I'll keep trying until I find some interesting enough to invite into my bed, and maybe I'll get lucky. Once I've tried a few, I'll certainly post a reveiew of any bad or mediocre, but, for the good ones, I'll have to decide whether I want to risk losing him to everyone else who will jump on the bandwagon.

As a group, the "Cyberhustlers" in chat rooms tend to be much newer and less experiened escorts. One of the reasons you find guys escorting there is because it doesn't require a picture (as sites like escorts4you.com require), and doesn't require any sort of financial investment like print ads.

 

Matter o' fact, a lot of those boys in the escort chatrooms are guys that never thought about escorting until they saw others online doing it. They copy each others' approach and begin hustling the chat rooms.

 

Pros include a lower cost, and that you can get relatively inexperienced and "unjaded" escort. Also, if you HATE the idea that your escort is a professional, you're not likely to get them there.

 

Cons include a having to deal with a lot of flakes. Sometimes they'll have strange requirements (you must send a picture before you can hire them, or you have to be below a certain age). Their inexperience also makes them a hit-or-miss proposition in bed - some show up expecting you to service them, and not necessarily the other way around. They also tend to come and go regularly - it's hard to keep track of them all.

 

Still, it's part of the landscape of the profession in the year 2000. As long as AOL keeps those chatrooms there will constantly be a new influx of new cyberhustlers.

 

How do I know this, you ask? I originally started my escorting career in the chatrooms years ago, when AOL had only about 25% of its current membership. At the time I only knew of 2 or 3 other escorts on all of AOL! You're right - nowdays it does seem like every other guy on AOL is escorting. : )
