There isn't really a universally accepted lexicon, but what I take it to mean is a leather scene, with one of you taking the role (as it is theater of the horny foreplay) of Master/Daddy and the other one becoming slave/boy. Actually, among those who are really into leather, I would expect it to mean something a little more unusual. Such as one of you becoming a prisoner and the other a camp commandant, or one becoming the unruly but contrite student and the other the assistant principal, etc. This kind of fetishism is aimed more at situations than equipment.
