I think that is a little harsh. I have met escorts in Sneakers that were well dressed. Not everyone wants to get a license to dance at Remingtons, so some just hook at Sneakers. The highest percentage are street kids, but there are some gems.

true, but the lingering around for the gems to appear can be excruciating. not only the atmosphere in general, but the terrible smoke. when i'm in toronto and in the vicinity i will infrequently stop in, but find myself taking a walk-thru and usually walking right back out.

Where do you end up going? Remingtons , a local bathhouse? Don't the guys cost so much more? I had a local gem at Sneaker that cost $100 and would have cost $200+ several dances at Remingtons. Maybe I should try amateur night at Remingtons? Cost efficient?

I was in Toronto a year ago and hired a black escort who did incalls. During our conversation, he mentioned a bar that I had never known, said it was around Bloor and Yonge (on a side street, I believe) and that it had a largely black clientele that included hustlers. I didn't have the chance to follow up on his suggestion and have not been back to Toronto since so don't know much more than that.

I agree with Shy that Sneakers can be a drag, hanging around waiting for a "gem" to show up. I wouldn't take most of the selection back to my hotel room. And the boys from Remingtons are expensive, I've had them quote as much as $400 for a private at the hotel, which I will not pay.

Usually resort to the ads in Toronto Extra, which have produced winners and losers over the years.

yes, my hangout in tor is remingtons...more expensive, yes, but i simply find it hard to spend much time in the sneaker "atmosphere". though you can eventually find a gem, there are too many dirty looking street type, on who knows what. not that i can't get interested in some street types (i'll admit to going downstairs to the washroom to get a $20 bj from a hustler once), but my preference is the better built, muscular types at remingtons. i hate paying the money, but you do have to pay more for quality.

amateur night(wed night) there is no price difference, but mon night they now have 1st two dances for $10/song minimum 2 songs, if you tell the dancer ahead of time you want to do $10 songs. according to the mgr dancers are to only give 1st two songs for 10, then charge the rest for 20, but when i was there two wks ago, i took 3 different dancers up, each for 5 songs, and they were all satisfied with the $50 i paid them. however, i didn't try to get anything extra than touching, as i will usually do if i'm paying $20 per song.

i know some will quote a high price initially, i don't think most start quite that high, though. some people post that they don't bargain with an excort, but in the case of dancers at remingtons, and campus and stock in montreal, i think it is de rigour(sp) to counter offer their ridiculously high initial figure. as most people know or report here, most will go for 150 or 200. in the past i tried to only pay 150, but am mostly resigned to paying 200 nowadays.

i agree, economically, it's probably better to try the xtra ads in toronto, but i hate the hit and miss involved in not really knowing what you are getting til they get to your door, and i have a personal problem turning them away when they turn out to be nothing near what i imagined they would look like from the pic or their description.

I went to Remmington's for the 1st time on the weekend. I was wondering how to tell which guys are into setting up appointments for outside the club. Are there any reviews for them? How do you know which ones get into more than a lap dance and that they are going to do what they actually say they are willing to do?

answer to first question is ....ask. just be polite; the worse thing that could happen is that he'll say no, or quote a very high rate. it is a free market, and dancers will often start with a higher quote than they will ultimately accept, especially if you are from usa, though the weaker dollar is changing that dynamic.

there are sometimes discussions about individual dancers' performance in the backrooms on this site or muscle station, though i myself prefer to keep some details private. the best bet is to have the discussion with the dancer, and limit number of dances(cut your losses) if you feel, after a dance or two, the dancer had been less than honest with what he had told you.
