Thanks for the clarification. I still think there are plenty of missing pieces that will never be filled in, but I do at least have some idea of where you're coming from.

 

I also hope you can appreciate the monumental job HooBoy has of trying to reconcile the reviews - especially the bad ones. (One job I am glad I don't have.) Unfortunately alot of times it probably has to come down to gut feelings. If Troy is as you say he is, sooner or later other reviews should bear that out.

 

Glad to hear you have had experience with other escorts that have been better for you - hope you will keep providing reviews.

I've been reading these posts for the past couple of days and, no offense, this whole issue is getting tired. It's unfortunate you did not enjoy your experience with Troy. Having met with dozens of escorts over the past year, I too have had a few experiences that did not meet my expectations -- the vast majority I'm happy to say have been great experiences and I've met a lot of great guys.

 

My sentiments on this are similar to LovemBlond.

 

I too have been with Troy and have posted a positive review of him on this site. I have engaged the services of escorts of many "looks" and ages -- young guys (20's) and older guys (30's) -- even a 41 year old that had the best bod yet and was very hot.

 

While Troy is not a bulked bodybuilder, I found his build to be as he advertised (and as described in the pic you mentioned -- a pic you saw before engaging his services). He is lean and muscular and when I met with him in January, very tanned, defined six pac, defined pecs, and with one of the larger tools I've come across -- definitely 8.5 - 9 inches and, I thought, rather thick. I also found him very good looking.

 

With me (and I am a masculine top who prefers other masculine guys, either top or bottom), Troy was very masculine. He was quite passionate too, and we "struggled" for "control" as we are both dominant. He certainly was not effeminate with me.

 

My recounting this is not to refute your statements or belittle your feelings on this -- I realize I can't do that and am not trying to "change your mind".

 

I cannot reply to any interactions you've had with HooBoy, but I think the "trashing" Troy is taking on this is unwarranted. If he was not what you though he'd be, you could have chosen not to proceed with the appointment.

 

As I said, I've also had some less than great experiences, but I've moved on. I think you should move on too.

Yes, you could probably say Danny's become a bit obsessional about this. But telling him to 'get over it' misses the point entirely - if by 'it' you mean the rotten time and rip-off he feels he endured in his encounter with Troy. The obsession isn't about that; it's about Hooboy's handling of the whole imbroglio, especially the question of how Troy 'readily identified' an email address (I guess 'screen name' is really what's meant here) that Danny says didn't even exist when they were corresponding: remember, he made it up for the purpose of sending in the review.

 

Maybe I missed an explanation for this disturbing (if true) part of the story--either from H himself or one of you guys--but if it hasn't yet been explained or excused away, it remains, well, disturbing. And, in turn, it raises a whole lot of issues, the same ones that moved Jimbo to write the extraordinary rant on Ace Bannon's logbook that began this entire thread.

You are exactly right. I am hardly obsessed with this. I am only trying to make a point, but continually I am made out to be the bad guy. My whole point to this is that Hooboy inserts his own commentary into the response by Troy and clearly shows he is favoring the escort with his comments. He also revealed that Troy identified the client by the e-mail address. Since I never corresponded with Troy under that e-mail address, than it is clear that Troy and Hooboy discussed not only the e-mail address, but a possible strategy to undermine the review. Hooboy's own comments were that I did not respond, when in fact I did and had to e-mail him repeatedly to get him to change the review.

 

The whole point to this nonsense is that Hooboy is not impartial and it is clear that he sided with Troy in an effort to discredit what was written. Troy NEVER REFUTED what I said and now his apologists are picking up the cause to once again make me out to be the bad guy.

 

The easiest way to resolve this is for Troy to show a recent pic. I challenge Troy to publicly post a recent nude pic including his face and with the date to show it is valid. This way we can see if Troy is the fraud that I claim or that if I am the liar everyone is making me out to be, and I know the TRUTH.

 

Of course by choosing not to do so, Troy proves that I am right, that he completely misrepresents himself to clients. End of story.

At least to some extent, Hooboy's alleged bias towards Troy is belied by the just-published review about him. I certainly wouldn't waste my money on a guy who has a 50% negative (or even a 50% mediocre) rating!

While I don't really want to get into this mess, I think it should be understood by all that HooBoy, as well as, Troy would have received the Reviewer's email address, as well as, their IP address. While I would never think that HooBoy would reveal one's address to another person, I do think that in "fairness and honesty" he would confirm the IP of the sender to the escort - duh, correct me if I'm wrong but isn't this the same as someone's address?????? Oh well, I've had my fill of this string anyway, and, oh my God ..... I should have been in bed hours ago!!!!!!

Yes and no. IP addresses are tied to computers. I did not correspond with Troy from the same computer that I wrote the review with, so the IP addresses are not the same.

Try going to http://www.men-for-rent.com/ and check out the 4 pics of Troy in the District of Columbia section. I know that's Troy. If that's not who you were with....you weren't with Troy. If it is, we have a very different idea of what definition, length and thickness is.

 

As for your insistance that Troy post his face pic and failing to do that he proves you right? Why don't you post yours and we'll ask Troy if you're the guy who he spoke of. Escorts have every right not to post face pics on the net. Discretion can often be necessity in their life also.

As someone who's probably submitted only 10 to 15 reviews at this site (with 40 or 50 more to go as of today), and with none of them being with twinks (not my type at all), let me just add that my experience with Troy was very different from that of Danny. Troy is certainly not a twink, he's good looking, had a nice, pretty large dick that he knew how to use, kissed well and was generally a nice, intelligent and charming guy.
