Never bottomed myself but i decided to do some checking up on this. from the info i found, theres douching and theres doing a enema, some confuse the 2. douching is pretty much just cleaning the rectum and lower bowel area which means the first 10 inches inside. this normally can be done with a standard fleet type douche. to do this you would dump out the contents of the bottle and refill it with lukewarm water. you would empty the contents into your ass holding it for a few moments then emptying it out in the toilet repeating the process up to 3 to 4 times until the water runs clean. you can do this about 30 minutes b4 intercourse... a deeper enema would require the 1 to 2 quarts of water this would produce a very deep cleaning with multiple trips to the restroom. this would normally be done 2 to 3 hours b4 intercourse to assure all the water has been removed or absorbed.. in most cases just the standard fleet type douche would work. this process is normally what would be done on most porn sets. this is what all of my exs did..
