Ganymede255 Posted February 11, 2023 Share Posted February 11, 2023 Police departments and Republican leaders in California are pinning blame for a rise in overt prostitution on a new law that went into effect on January 1. Senate Bill 357 repealed a previous law that banned loitering with the intent to engage in prostitution. Perhaps this will lead to a revival of the street scene on LA’s Santa Monica Boulevard and elsewhere. One can only hope!
