How do you handle clients who aren’t clean down there? Or who would refuse to clean themselves? 
And how often does this happen? I often wonder how top escorts handle this.

Personally I don’t even go for a legit spa massage without a shallow douche and using exfoliating scrub all over the region. Some guys prefer au naturel. I think I’ve said before, with massage clients I ask them to shower before. If they haven’t or won’t shower they’re not getting rimmed. Some clients aren’t clean for example when I do prostate massage. By chance, do you use a glove when doing prostate massage?

This kind of stuff annoys me in regular movies and TV too with characters who are bottoming unplanned.   It almost takes me out  from enjoying the show/movie because it’s so unrealistic.

I ask since I know a female massuese in England who does prostate massages with gloves. This after she's given full body massages with oil. I guess for her it's about not literally fingering shit, since I doubt most of her clients douche or clean themselves.
