Good lord if this man stays "impaired" during sessions I cannot imagine him thinking clearly or rationally on a prep regimen or hiv med regimen. let alone the chances being taken for other std/sti's. Only my opinion.

It's true all situations have risk but to jump into a rattlesnake den knowing there may be rattlesnakes is beyond my understanding.

As I stated in the past for his sake... anyone's sake for that matter if he isnt sober I hope for his wellbeing and happiness he finds true peace.
