I recently had a lovely encounter with a provider in Brussels but he's leaving today (he's from Mexico and has been traveling through Europe). I was pretty lame @Wolfer - had a connection thru heathrow which turned out to be a bust - multiple cancellations, ended up taking the train to Belgium, and at that point was just too tired and jetlagged to even think about meeting with providers.
