+ DrownedBoy
I don't know how many Latino providers post in CoM, but has a client ever tried to shoo you away or avoid paying by suggesting you were in the States illegally? Has anyone heard of this happening? Even, perhaps, Latino clients from unscrupulous providers? I ask because: 1. Many businesspeople have done this 2. It also (unfortunately) appears to happen after certain breakups in the gay community ("get your ex deported") Vulgarii
AroydeeMahk
Not Latino here but I am Filipino and have been asked if I am having any problem with my green card in very threatening manner. It even happens from another Filipino who is here because of what is calle chain migration - and he is against me and other legal visitors because of how we look. + DrownedBoy

See this thread. Basically, if you live in a liberal metropolitan area, escorting (but not hiring) an escort is legal. Also, as @sync pointed out, those same cities that made escorting legal most likely also are sanctuary cities - meaning you can't legally threaten someone with the ICE, and even if you did, you'd be ignored. However, such protections don't apply in U.S. conservative areas. A sick b@stard from Arizona: Report: Ariz. Someone wrote here that a few years ago, the website Masseurfinder only made the hispanic masseurs send a copy of their IDs and record a video with it. Hello! There's plenty of Asian, White, and Arab peopl, and everyone else, that are in the USA illegally. Threats of deportation never happened to me especially because I have a thick Cali surfer/valley girl accent LOL, but disgruntled clients that I cancelled on have threatened to complain to the website but luckily, for me, customer service suuuuuuuuucks and MF doesn't care. That's called racial profiling...and it's pretty illegal for a business to do that.... + Pensant
