I'm wondering how much escorts pay for hosting their web sites? Also, if you don't do your own site deisgn what are your expenses to have your site created?

As a little bit of a tech guy myself, I will help out on this one.

 

Most escorts can have hosting plans with different companies that will cost them anywhere from 19.95 to 59.95 a month. That is usually sufficient for the bandwidth that most sites will need. There are several competitive companies out there that have good support for someone who designs their own site. Valueweb.net is a great place for hosting with good tech support 24/7. Interland is another good place to start but they have really gone down with the support over the past few months as they bought out Dialtone.com. Tons of other possible hosting providers are out there. I guess the main thing is to find a company that has great support and always up. My experience with Valueweb has always been great.

 

Escorts can easily design their own sites in Frontpage. I believe this is the program that Hooboy uses and I have seen several other escort sites using the same. It is easy to set up and easy to change and maintain and it doesn't take a genius to put a site together using the program.

Escorts who have higher end sites will hire programmers or designers to do them. The costs for this can run anywhere from a few hundred dollars for a minimum site to a few thousand dollars for a more elaborate site.

However, an alternative is to have programmers all over the world bid on creating a site for you. The best place for this is Elance. On there, basically, you post a project and companies bid on it. You wil find companies from all over the world bidding on projects and this will keep the costs down low. Why? For most of my friends who are escorts, Frontpage is a good solution. They can do it themselves and they don't have to always ask someone else to make changes.
