How are the locked pictures?  If he's charging $300 for outcalls, what is his rate for an in call?  Probably $200-250?

Given that he’s doubled the price for out calls and also asking for $100 deposit on outcalls only, perhaps he’s been burned in the past or he really prefers not doing outcalls but will do so opportunistically.  
 

But the question remains: Is he any good?
