I also prefer hiring Brazilians in Brazil for the most part. I realize not everyone has that luxury. I have a strong preference for dark-complected men - Middle eastern, Latin, South Asian, Italian, Spaniards, Greeks, Africans, African-American. I don't see how there could be too many of them.
